Hello, this is the AWARE team.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the duplicate delivery of the “Model Portfolio Update” email that occurred on Sunday, November 2, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. This was a mistake caused by our failure to recognize a technical issue that arose after an internal update to our email delivery system last week.

As of November 3, we have identified and fixed the technical issue that caused this error. We also want to assure you that there has been no impact whatsoever on the security of member accounts, and we would like to once again apologize to all members who may have experienced any inconvenience.

All of us will do our utmost to ensure that AWARE remains a service you can trust even more. Thank you.
